VEGAN POUTINE.

POUTINE IS FOR EVERYONE! That’s why Poutini’s has searched long and hard and finally found an AMAZING vegan cheese and vegan gravy recipe! The result is a delicious, melty-cheese, sumptuous-gravy poutine, that is meat-free, dairy-free and even GLUTEN-FREE!

It starts with our hand-cut fries, twice-fried in trans fat-free canola oil and dusted with sea salt. Then we add a helping of DAIYA VEGAN CHEESE, the most delicious vegan cheese on the market. It melts, tastes amazing and doesn’t contain dairy, soy, gluten or any nut product. (Check out the website, www.daiyafoods.com) It is smothered with gravy that is home-made with our vegetarian stock (containing roasted onions, leeks, carrots, tomato and canola oil) and thickened with cornstarch and nutritional yeast flakes.
