Gluten-Free Gravy!

After many requests, we have finally launched our gluten-free gravy! We at Poutini’s firmly believe that the right to enjoy poutine belongs to everyone, which is why we’re also sourcing a vegan cheese for a VEGAN poutine! Be sure to specify whether you’d prefer gluten-free or vegan gluten-free.

apparently daiya vegan cheese is very good, but it only comes in shredded form

does this also mean that your fries are not breaded/dusted with flour either? and that nothing else goes in the deep-fryers but fries?

people with celiac’s disease (allergy to gluten) can’t use the same deep-fryer as one that has flour floating around in it…

if yes - you guys just made my week!

You can buy a sample of Daiya at Panacea (bay and bloor). *Apparently* mixing the mozzarella and cheddar is the best thing ever. I love them both on their own!

    Dear Poutini,

I heart you, all. Gluten-free fries and gravy!

    One more quick question:
Sometimes cheese has wheat or wheat by-products in it, like textured vegetable protein, hydrolyzed wheat starch,
    hydroxypropyl trimonium,
    hydrolyzed wheat protein,
hydrolyzed protein or other “food starches”… Does your non-vegan and vegan cheese have those things in it?

Well Done! I speak for all vegans when I say: Going to a normal place and have a decent option is something we have learned to live without, but sincerely miss.
